What does Data2Profit do?
Data2Profit is an applied AI consultancy founded by Shahaf Klein. I help organizations identify useful AI opportunities, assess whether their data can support them, and develop practical solutions when the business case makes sense.
Do you only work with generative AI or ChatGPT?
No. Generative AI is one part of a much larger toolbox. Depending on the business question, the right approach may be forecasting, classification, recommendation systems, clustering, anomaly detection, regression, NLP, computer vision or generative AI.
What kinds of business problems can AI help with?
Typical questions include: what will happen next, which customers are most likely to take a certain action, what should we recommend, which customer groups exist, whether something unusual is happening, and what information can be extracted from text or documents.
How do you choose the right AI model?
I start with the business decision or process to improve, then review the available data, the type of output required, feasibility, risk and expected value. The algorithm comes after the problem is defined.
What is an AI Opportunity Diagnostic?

Do I need a large data science team to work with Data2Profit?
No. I work with organizations that need help translating a business need into a practical AI approach. The required data, tools and integration depend on the use case rather than company size alone.
Where do you work and in which languages?
Data2Profit is based in Grenoble, France and works internationally. I work in English, French and Hebrew, and can deliver consulting, workshops and speaking engagements remotely or in person depending on the project.
